We’ve been moving to a new house and things have been very hectic. I have been knitting, though not a whole lot. I would have a completed sock to show by now if an unfortunate accident had not occurred on Friday.
I left my knitting on the car seat and Ryan put a heavy box on top of it. He didn’t mean to do it and he feels really bad, but it’s still a bit sad because I had to order a new needle from Knit Picks and it won’t be here until Tuesday. I was having so much fun with these socks, too…
Oh yeah, happy summer of socks!
Since it’s school’s out I’ve had tons and tons of knitting time. (Plus I’ve been knitting while I’ve been sick on the couch, too. hehe.) With all the extra knitting time, I have managed three FO’s since my last post!
And two pairs of baby socks

The sweater is from this pattern, but I made it a bit smaller by using fingering weight yarn and size 3 needles. The first pair of socks is from this pattern and cherry tree hill supersock in “african grey.” The second pair of socks is my own pattern. They’re knit toe-up with a short row heel in Trekking XXL color 100. I might post the pattern later if I feel like it. (or if anyone wants it)
