I love pickles. I guess it is only appropriate that my first foray into the world of pickling should happen while I am pregnant. These are kosher dill refrigerator pickles. I wasn’t brave enough to do it the old fashioned way where you have to dump all the stuff in a huge bucket and leave it for a long time and skim off the gross stuff every day. I’m easing into this.
